CNMC Goldmine Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is the first Catalist-listed gold producer on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”). The Company commenced trading on the Catalist Board on 28 October 2011.
The Company together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are principally engaged in the business of exploration, mining of gold and the processing of mined ore into gold dores. The Group is currently focusing on the development of its flagship project - the Sokor Gold Field Project which is located in the State of Kelantan, Malaysia. Our Group achieved its first gold pour on July 21, 2010 and its gold production has since been increasing steadily and as of December 2017, production had exceeded three metric tonnes of gold bullion.
The Sokor Gold Field Project is an extensive region covering an area of 10km2 with 5 identified gold deposits namely, Manson’s Lode, New Discovery, New Found, Sg. Ketubong and Rixen . As at 31 December 2016, the total measured, indicated and inferred gold resources for the Sokor Project (above a 0.3 gram/tonne ("g/t") gold cut-off grade at Rixen, a 0.4 g/t gold cut-off grade at New Discovery and New Found and a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off grade at Manson's Lode and Ketubong) are 13,250,000 tonnes at 1.5 g/t gold grade, which would amount to 623,000 ounces of contained gold (inclusive of material used to define ore reserves). In addition, mineral resources at Manson's Lode contain significant amounts of silver, lead and zinc, each amounting to 1,310,000 tonnes ore with an average grade of 47 g/t of silver, 1.7% lead and 1.6% zinc. This amounts to a total of 1,964,000 ounces of contained silver, 22,678 tonnes of contained lead and 21,448 tonnes of contained zinc. Exploration continues apace at the Sokor Gold Field Project with the aim to extend its life of mine and identify fresh targets for production.
