  • CMNM entered into the Refining Agreement with AGR Matthey, an Australian-based partnership and a leading international gold refiner accredited by the London Bullion Market Association, the New York Commodity Exchange, the Tokyo Commodity Exchange, and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre
  • The Department of Environmental of Kelantan (“DOE”) approved the environmental impact assessment (“EIA”) report which was submitted by an independent EIA study consultant on behalf of CMNM, who provided an independent assessment of the conditions of the environmental features and their consequent impact in connection with the development and operation of CMNM
  • CMNM commissioned the phase I mine design and construction programme to construct a gold-bearing ore crushing and conveying system, a vat leaching facility and a gold extraction and carbon re-generation system at the Sokor Block

  • CMNM environmental management plan, which described the processes and policies that CMNM would follow in order to comply with environmental regulations, ensuring its compliance and minimise any harm to the environment, was approved
  • CMNM obtained the approval for its operational mining scheme from the Department of Minerals and Geosciences, Kelantan
  • CMNM achieved its first gold pour in July 2010

  • The Group undertook the phase III exploration programme designed to infill and extend resource drilling on New Discovery, Ketubong and Rixen’s together with drill testing of other targets within the mining concession area

  • Increased gold mineral resources (inclusive of ore reserves) by 13%. As at 31 December 2013, the updated total Measured, Indicated and Inferred gold resources for the Sokor Project stood at 9,140,000 tonnes at 1.6 g/tonne gold making a total of 465,000 ounces of contained gold
  • Strong cash flow and profitability enabled the Company to execute an early redemption of its convertible loan
  • Awarded Pioneer Certificate from Malaysian Investment Development Authority, thereby allowing the Sokor Gold Project to enjoy 100% income tax exemption on statutory income for a period of five (5) years from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2018

  • CMNC produced a total of 4,681.15 ounces of Gold Doré bars in December 2014, despite the North-East monsoon season
  • Newly discovered Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves for the Sokor Gold Project amounting to 10.81 million tonne at 1.5g/t gold with contained gold of 506,000 ounces
  • Successfully conducted fine ore agglomeration test-work and submitted applications to relevant governmental departments to restart vat leach operations
  • Newly incorporated CNMC Exploration to be mainly involved in providing mineral exploration and drilling services
  • Set new record for a single gold pour, which yielded 3,771.19 ounces of gold doré bars. This represents the highest output for a single gold pour since CNMC started production five years ago (previous record was 2,945.01 ounces)

  • CNMC produced record 31,205.85 ounces of fine gold in FY2015
  • Gold resources amounted to 13.83 million tonnes at 1.4g/t gold as at 31 December 2015. This translates into 618,000 ounces of contained gold, up 22% compared to 31 December 2014
  • Newly upgraded vat leach facility achieves first gold pour, producing 1,363.29 ounces of gold doré bars
  • MOU with University of Malaya for research collaboration
  • Letter of intent to acquire 51% stake in Pulai Mining Sdn Bhd, which is authorised to mine for gold, iron ore and feldspar in Kelantan
  • Produced 9,807.37 ounces of fine gold in 2Q2016, the most in any quarter since gold production started in 2010
  • CNMC gets regulatory nod for extension of mining lease for Sokor Gold Field until 2034

  • Completed due diligence for subscription of 51% of the shares in the enlarged share capital of Pulai Mining Sdn. Bhd.
  • Entered into an assignment agreement with Kelantan State Economic Development Corporation ("KSEDC") where KSEDC has agreed to assign a mining lease for a period of 21 years till December 2034 for an area covering 956.5 hectares in the Sokor district.
  • Completion of the subscription of new shares representing 51% of the shares in the enlarged share capital of Pulai Mining Sdn. Bhd.
  • Entered into share sale agreement for the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Kelgold Mining Sdn. Bhd.
  • Gold resources amounted to 13.25 million tonnes at 1.5g/t gold as at 31 December 2016. This translates into 623,000 ounces of contained gold, up 0.8% compared to 31 December 2015
  • Completion of the acquisition of entire issued share capital of Kelgold Mining Sdn. Bhd.
  • CNMC recognised for excellence in shareholder engagement at 2017 SIAS Investors' Choice Awards

  • Gold resources amounted to 17.91 million tonnes at 1.6g/t gold as at 31 December 2018. This translates into 914,000 ounces of contained gold, up 26% compared to 31 December 2017.
  • Acquisition of 51% of issued share capital of CNMC Mining Sdn. Bhd.
  • Taken delivery of all machineries and equipment needed for setting up flotation plant at Sokor. Installation work to commence shortly
