LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
(Kelantan – Ulu Sokor, Tanah Merah)

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data to support exploration and production
• Carry out routine tasks accurately and follows proper and strict methodologies to carry out analysis
• Prepare specimens and samples
• Maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment such as AAS and fire assay
• Ensure the chemicals in laboratory are well-stocked and resourced
• Enforce and ensure proper safety procedures and perform safety checks everyday
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Applicants with Diploma/Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Soil Science, Pure Chemistry or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English
• Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
• Willing to work and stay at mine site situated at Ulu Sokor
